So, as a foreigner, the experience is a bit limiting because only a small portion of the signs are translated into English, and I couldn't find any audio guides or anything like that. But with Google Translate and a basic knowledge of Spanish, you can make the best of it. The museum covers Colombian history and heritage. There is nice art dispersed among the historical artifacts, and the third level has some nice art, including works by Botero. It currently costs about 10 USD for foreigners.
