Built in 1967, it served various purposes before being left to decay. Recently cleaned up by the municipality, it's now adorned with street art murals and installations. But let's be real – the real star here is the view. It's like Lisbon's own balcony! Accessible by car or a peaceful hike through the woods, it's worth noting the opening hours before you go.
